Information for Travel Agencies

Dear business partners, by ordering our programs, you agree to the following rules. Individual agreement overrides these general rules.

Orders

Ordering Method

Please order programs from an email address containing the name of your organization. When ordering from a different address, always specify for which organization you are placing the order.
Telephone contact is for the sole purpose of verifying date availability or quick changes. Telephone orders will not be accepted.

Number of Persons

The minimum number of persons per program is determined by the type of program. The maximum number of persons in the centre is approximately 120 persons at any one time.
We recommend +- 40 persons as the maximum size of a group. Larger groups result in longer waiting times for both preparation and climbing.
In the case of a group of more than 40 people, we recommend splitting it into several smaller groups that will go consecutively or with a time delay.

Notification of Changes in the Number of Participants

Change of 20 persons or more - at least 7 days in advance.
Change of 10-19 persons - at least 3 days in advance.
Change of 1-9 persons - at least 1 day in advance.
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the original number reported being charged, or the additional persons may not be allowed to attend the program.
The number of persons refers to people actively participating in the program (either as climbers or belayers), it does not refer to escorts.

Cancellation of the Program

Cancellation more than 7 days before the program - no cancellation fee.
Cancellation 7-3 days before the program - cancellation fee of 25% of the program price.
Cancellation 2-1 days before the programme - cancellation fee of 50% of the program price.
Cancellation on the day of the programme/no-show - cancellation fee of the full program price.

There is an exception to this for cancellation due to bad weather conditions such as storms, lightning, high winds etc.
We will inform you as soon as possible of cancellations due to bad weather on our part.
In case of cancellation due to weather on your part (e.g., due to light rain, which does not interfere with climbing but may affect your comfort), please inform us by phone at least 3 hours in advance.

Parking

We recommend traveling to us by public transport. Our rope center is easily accessible from the Vysočanská station (subway, buses, trams) or the Vysočany/Libeň train stations. Due to the location in the center of Prague, there is no space for bus parking!
In case of your own transportation by bus, we recommend drop off point (P1) at Sokolovská street (public transport stop - only a short time stop) or at the nearby intersection (P2) of Na Břehu and Rubeška streets (there is less maneuvering space there and therefore more difficult to turn the vehicle), see the map below.
It is necessary to park elsewhere, the bus cannot be parked there!

(We recommend finding and booking a parking space for the bus in advance.)

Buses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering Rubeška Street - violation these city rules mentioned above may lead to the group being rejected from the program without any right to compensation for the program price!
